Israel Transfers $13.5 Million to Gaza, Gaza Receives 1,200 Truckloads of Goods and Gas Every Week


Despite rocket attacks, Israel still transfers money into the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.

Despite the continued rocket and missile attacks from the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, Israel transferred $13.5 million into the Gaza Strip earlier this week.
A spokesman for COGAT, theCoordinator of Government Activitiesin the Territories, said the money was delivered to UNRWA (the (United Nations Relief and Works Agency).
The spokesman said the money was transferred through the Erez crossing and was intended for the payment of salaries and for the funding of UNRWA’s ongoing operations. Read the rest on: Arutz7

Humanitarian Goods Transferred to Gaza via "Kerem Shalom" Crossing.

Each week, approximately 1,248 trucks filed with nearly 34,012 tons of goods and gas enter Gaza via the land crossing. Palestinian officials, responsible for placing orders for the Palestinian population have yet to maximize the crossing's weekly capacity of 2,000 truckloads.
