A comment from one member of the Yeshiva:
I can't say enough about your teaching. I find myself
thinking all day about what is being said.   Your approach
is like I have not seen before. I find them very informative and inspiring. Shalom and Blessings

You have two possibilities to study: Complete training with graduation or Personal enrichment.
The Complete training will allow those who want to teach Torah to be part of our network of Torahteachers, who desire to start a Yeshiva in their home or at their kehila. Sukkat David will offer help to those who want to initiate Torah study groups.

Take the opportunity to study Torah starting with the highly prophetic Book of Genesis. Torah is the key for the end times; everything has been written in it. We just need to dive into it and receive tremendous revelations on Yeshua and His plan for our lives.

From the beginning of the messianic calling of the first Patriarch, the Torah teaches us that faith is the key to salvation. Grace also has been present since the beginning.
The foundations are laid from the first Book of the Bible, to help us understand the perfect plan of salvation that G-d has for mankind. If one doesn't study the foundations of this plan a great part of the Revelation is lost, notably, the Revelation of Messiah Yeshua.
Receiving Him in our heart as Savior and Master is one thing, one first necessary step for our salvation, but our path doesn't stop there. After Pesach (salvation by grace), we must head to the Festival celebrated in honor of HaShem, "three days walk" after the reception of the Torah: Shavuot. Avraham saw the L-rd, and the story of his life and of his descendents reveals His Presence, even from the beginning.

The same way we have received the Savior in our hearts,  it is now about receiving His Torah engraved in our hearts, even as proclaimed by the prophets in Jeremiah 31:31.  True new birth takes place by the action of the Ruach HaKodesh, who circumcises our hearts to be able to walk according to the criteria of holiness of Elohim.

But in order to be able to walk in these commandements, under Yeshua's yoke, we need to know the Word. When did G-d speak, before the eyes and to the ears of all, with the sound of thunder, setting ablaze an entire mountain? The answer is obvious: the Creator of the universe came to reveal His heart at Mount Sinai, a place that didn't belong to anyone,  and that was open freely to all those who wanted to drink the waters of life.
Yeshua manifested Himself on that day at Mount Sinai, but only Moshe could see Him. Moshe's skin shone so intensely that he covered it with a veil. He shone from the initial Light of Creation: the Light of Messiah. He is the PURPOSE of the Torah; He fills us with His love and calls us to follow Him, to prepare a heavenly Bride.

He left us these words: John 5:45-47 But don't think that it is I who will be your accuser before the Father. Do you know who will accuse you? Moshe, the very one you have counted on! For if you really believed Moshe, you would believe me; because it was about me that he wrote. But if you don't believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?

Indeed, if we don't believe the Torah of Moshe, how will we believe the words of Yeshua? They are the same, only revealed to our  understanding, because the veil was lifted.

By studying the Torah, our intimate knowledge and revelation of Yeshua grows.

Don't stay at the stage of Pesach and salvation by grace; move on to the stage of priesthood! He is preparing the Kingdom of priests for the Glory of G-d the Father!

Study Torah and be transformed!

Our last book has now been translated into English and Dutch now!   It is a strong prophetic message that sheds light on the rise of Islam and the solution HaShem has planned to fight it.

We are at the dawn of the 21st century, 2,000 years after the coming of our Master Yeshua and the world is on the road to ruin. While the Church should be strong after these centuries of practice, we witness the rise of a conquering religion, entering with power in all the civilized Christian countries to subjugate and submit men and women to an iron yoke. What are the reasons for this spiritual war and why does G-d allow Islam to conquer the Western world? What are the secret agreements concluded by our governments to give access to mass immigration for Muslims in Europe and in the United States? We will try to answer these questions in part, in this study based on the sacred texts of the Word of G-d and certain Jewish sources. English e-book 12 USD  Buy Now

Registration for the May session is open.

Our groups are growing in France, Belgium, Holland and Madagascar, beginning in Israel, and we want to make our English speaking groups grow as well! We have indeed good material to offer you. Our studies are very deep, well documented, full of insight that will marvel you. Living in Israel requires a price to be paid but with it comes a lot of blessings also, specially revelations about the end times and gathering of the Sukkat David. "The air of Eretz Yisrael makes you  wise" (Bava Batra 158b). It is true that the kedusha of The Land brings a new level of insight. We have experienced it and we would like you to benefit from it. Pray carefully about starting a trial session, or a full year; you won't regret it if you are looking for truth.

Signification of the couting of the omer, the sfirat haomer
ספירת העמר
A process of sanctification
Omerעמר, means "sheaf" and it is also a measure.
ADONAI said to Moshe, "Tell the people of Isra'el, 'After you enter the land I am giving you and harvest its ripe crops, you are to bring a sheaf, omerעמר of the firstfruits of your harvest to the cohen. He is to wave the sheaf before ADONAI, so that you will be accepted; the cohen is to wave it on the day after the Shabbat. On the day that you wave the sheaf, you are to offer a male lamb without defect, in its first year, as a burnt offering for ADONAI. Its grain offering is to be one gallon of fine flour mixed with olive oil, an offering made by fire to ADONAI as a fragrant aroma; its drink offering is to be of wine, one quart. You are not to eat bread, dried grain or fresh grain until the day you bring the offering for your God; this is a permanent regulation through all your generations, no matter where you live. "'From the day after the day of rest-- that is, from the day you bring the sheaf, omer  עמר for waving-- you are to count seven full weeks, until the day after the seventh week; you are to count fifty days; and then you are to present a new grain offering to ADONAI. You must bring bread from your homes for waving-- two loaves made with one gallon of fine flour, baked with leaven-- as firstfruits for ADONAI. Leviticus 23:9-17

On the second day of Pesach, called a Shabbat, the counting of the seven weeks begins and an omer, a sheaf of the first fruits has to be brought: this sheaf or omer is the image of the Resurrection:
But the fact is that the Messiah has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have died. 1 Corinthians 15:20

This first sheaf offering was of barley; the next offering which had to be brought at the end of the seven weeks was that of wheat:
This is a symbol of EVOLUTION AND MATURITY

Barley, which is a cereal, is harvested earlier than wheat and is less evolved than it; this new grain symbolizes the result of a spiritual maturity obtained through the process of sanctification.

These seven weeks then, correspond to seven weeks of purification. As the counting ascends, we too are climbing up.

According to Tradition, the Israelites descended downwards to the 49th level of impurity while they were in Egypt, a source of idolatry. They were not ready to receive the gift of the Torah and needed purification; this is what the counting of the omer teaches us.

The Exodus is mentioned fifty times in the Torah and corresponds to the fifty levels of sanctification required to receive the Torah on the fiftieth day.

These 49 days or steps are passed through and the ascension to the throne of sanctity is suggested to us by the dream Yaakov had as he was fleeing from his brother Esav. He saw a ladder going up to heaven and G-d inviting him to go up step by step (Gen 28:12).

It is when we are in Yeshua and through the work of His Spirit that we are given the ability to pass though these steps of sanctification:
Natan'el said, "Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Isra'el!" Yeshua answered him, "you believe all this just because I told you I saw you under the fig tree? You will see greater things than that!"Then he said to him, "Yes indeed! I tell you that you will see heaven opened and the angels of God going up and coming down on the Son of Man! John 1:49-52

At the end of this counting, comes the Feast of Shavuot (which means the Feast of the Weeks), and also the receiving of the Torah and the Day of Pentecost when the disciples received the gift of the Ruach Hakodesh, the Holy Spirit, who engraved the Torah on their hearts!

These seven weeks also represents the spiritual progress that leads us to bear the fruits of the Ruach Hakodesh, meant to transform our old man into mature disciples, filled with wisdom in His image:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, self control. Nothing in the Torah stands against such things. Galatians 5:22 -23

The seven weeks are mentioned in the counting of the seven years to reach the Shmitah, the rest year. Then at the end of the seven year cycle comes the fiftieth called the Yovel, Jubilee. This final year is calling everyone to freedom.
Pesach sets us free but doesn't yet mature us; we must first be educated and restored in our thinking to become a holy people, who are beyond the drinking of milk and are ready to eat meat, as G-d requires.

In the "Ethics of the Fathers" we find a mishna that teaches us that Torah can be obtained through forty eight ways (6:6 ):Torah is greater than priesthood and kingship. For kingship can be obtained through thirty ways of perfection and priesthood with twenty ways but it requires forty eight for the Torah:

Through study:  Let the Word of the Messiah, in all its richness, live in you, as you teach and counsel each other in all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude to God in your hearts. Colossians 3:16

Through practice:  Don't deceive yourselves by only hearing what the Word says, but do it! James 1:22

Good disposal of the saying of our lips: ADONAI, open my lips; then my mouth will praise you.Psalms 51:15

Through discernment of the heart:  But solid food is for the mature, for those whose faculties have been trained by continuous exercise to distinguish good from evil.  Hebrews 5:14

Let's also mention patience, trust in the Word, the love of our neighbor, offerings, the love of correction, banishing pride, sharing the burdens, studying in order to teach, etc.

The seven weeks of counting symbolically brings us through the steps of sanctification, to resemble the One Who is the living Bread. These different steps are mirrored by the steps and tests that the children of Israel went through while coming out of Egypt.

G-d calls us to perfection and we will find the way in Him, step by step:
It is not that I have already obtained it or already reached the goal - no, I keep pursuing it in the hope of taking hold of that for which the Messiah Yeshua took hold of me. Brothers, I, for my part, do not think of myself as having yet gotten hold of it; but one thing I do: forgetting what is behind me and straining forward toward what lies ahead, I keep pursuing the goal in order to win the prize offered by God's upward calling in the Messiah Yeshua. Philippians 3:12-14

Pesach:
The free gift, grace; G-d intervenes without Moshe for the last plague which will finally set the Sons of Israel free.

The seven weeks of the omer:
A symbolic time under the number seven, that of perfection: 49 days to "work at our salvation" and sanctification.

Shavuot:
On the fiftieth day is the Jubilee: the glorious freedom of the children of G-d. The Torah is engraved on the hearts and will produce men and women at the full stature of the Messiah!

May we be transformed from glory to glory to become the pure and spotless Bride He expects!

Calendar of the omer! We posted on the website a teaching on the meaning of the couting of the omer, as well as a chart of the different midot and a calendar to donwload and use for your children or yourself.  Be blessed and let the sanctification be a priority in our lives while waiting for His return!

We continue counting the omer until the Feast of Shavuot which is the continuation and the purpose of the Coming out of Egypt: after having been set free from slavery, both from Egypt and of sin, the Torah is given to us in order to become the holy, kadosh, people HaShem is longing for. The couting of the omer teaches this progression.

Torah Weekly Portion: Acharei mot
Parashat Acharei mot tells us of the most sacred day in the Jewish calendar: Yom Kippur

All those themes are developped in depth in the studies of our Distance Messianic Yeshiva. Next session: MAY 2012

We invite you to read an excerpt of our study on Yom Kippur and the doctrine of Babylon. A challenge for the Christian doctrine usually taught!

"...We are living in the times when the sheep will be separated from the goats, on the criteria of the love for G-d's people and for the integrity of His Word: Matthew 25:32-33 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
Goats are the image of the false Babylonian doctrine which is preached that says the Church has replaced Israel; that the NT has replaced the OT and that His Torah is abolished, which robs the honor given to the Only G-d.

The founder of Babylon was Nimrod:  Genesis 10:8-9 Cush begot Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord; therefore it is said, "Like Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord."

Q: What does "mighty hunter" mean?

Rashi tells us that Nimrod was a manipulator who seduced men with his words, he captured souls. He hunted animals, but foremost, he was a "hunter of souls."
He was brutal and reigned by fear and control. His name comes from a root meaning "rebellion." The Midrash says he stole Adam's clothes of skin. These clothes were very special; they had the peculiarity to attract the animals to which Adam had given names. They also represented rebellion against G-d and Nimrod particularly cherished them. He used them to be worshipped.

Nimrod is also assimilated to king Ninus who fought the kings of orient.

He had established a very powerful religious system that enslaved men by controlling them in different ways:
He established the Trinitarian cult based on the worship of Astarte.
He required the celibacy of the priests.
He instituted a system of confessional to control what was happening within the population.
He decided to arise against G-d and built the Tower of Babel to make himself a "name" to usurp G-d's Name.

The Midrash says that Nimrod also opposed Avraham, when he started confessing the only G-d, before being given the commandment to go out of Chaldea. Nimrod had Avraham thrown into a furnace, from which he came out unhurt.

We find him again in the character of Amraphel, one of the kings who came to fight the king of Sodom. By capturing Lot, Abraham's nephew, he was actually aiming at Avraham.

Babylon is the dwelling place of demons mentioned in the Word: Revelation 18:2  And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become adwelling place of demons, a prison  for every foul spirit, and acage  for every unclean and hated bird!
The word "dwelling place " means:
prison, watch, imprisonment, hold (AV)
1c) of the place where captives are kept, a prison
It is mentioned twice to confirm according to the prescription of the Torah that souls are trapped in a spiritual cage:
Deuteronomy 19:15 One witness shall not rise against a man concerning any iniquity or any sin that he commits; by the mouth of two or three witnesses the matter shall be established.
The souls are captured in the doctrine of Babylon!

Babylon was the city of confusion. Nimrod's father was Cush, assimilated to Bel (the confused) :  Jeremiah 50:2 Declare among the nations, Proclaim, and set up a standard; Proclaim-do not conceal it- Say, 'Babylon is taken, Bel is shamed. Merodach is broken in pieces; Her idols are humiliated, Her images are broken in pieces.'
Jeremiah 51:44 I will punish Bel in Babylon, And I will bring out of his mouth what he has swallowed; And the nations shall not stream to him anymore. Yes, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

The doctrine of Bel, Babylon, brings a lot of confusion and it is difficult to come out of, because it is a spiritual cage. Truth is here, so close, but the spirit of confusion brings doubts and struggle. It is the struggle of the end times!
Those who are still in this Babylonian thinking are spiritual prisoners. They are captives of a system of prostitution and corruption of the Word. No matter the price, G-d asks us to come out of this fortress, lest we be punished with them:
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.
Revelation 22:18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book...

Q: How do we discern the doctrine of Babylon?..."
