Car explodes in front of bomb squad member (PHOTOS)

Here is the moment when a car bomb exploded this morning in Thailand.
The sequence of shocking images show a member of a Thai bomb squad standing near the car when it explodes.

The man was hurt in the blast, although the extent of his injuries remain a mystery.
The shocking photos come as three hidden roadside bombs have killed two people and wounded 13 others in southern Thailand, and police believe Islamist militants are responsible.
