Egypt association goes after Obama, CIA, SCAF over football violence

Obama is being sued by Egypt group over "planning" unrest.

CAIRO: The Association of Civil and Islamic Law Graduates has filed a lawsuit against American President Barack Obama, the CIA, Egypt’s military junta, Interior Minister Ahmed Abdallah and the former head of Port Said security Essam Samak over violence in the country, and most notably the violence that followed Wednesday’s football match between al-Ahly and al-Masry.

Egypt soccer violence kills 74, fans turn on army

(Reuters) - Seventy-four people were killed when supporters clashed at an Egyptian soccer match, prompting fans and politicians on Thursday to turn on the ruling army for failing to prevent the deadliest incident since Hosni Mubarak was ousted.
