Egypt association goes after Obama, CIA, SCAF over football violence

Obama is being sued by Egypt group over "planning" unrest.
CAIRO: The Association of Civil and Islamic Law Graduates has filed a lawsuit against American President Barack Obama, the CIA, Egypt’s military junta, Interior Minister Ahmed Abdallah and the former head of Port Said security Essam Samak over violence in the country, and most notably the violence that followed Wednesday’s football match between al-Ahly and al-Masry.

At least 75 people were killed in Wednesday’s violence at the Port Said stadium as people flooded the field and attacked Ahly players and fans. Security forces were seen standing by in full riot gear, but did intervene to stop the clashes from occurring.
Ahmed Yehia Ahmed, the coordinator for the association and administrator of the al-Masriya blog told Bikyamasr.com that the group filed the report on Thursday morning.
“Obama and the CIA planned to destroy Egypt and via training some people, support them and send them to act out the plan, and the rest of the people listed in the report helped him carry out the plan,” Yehia said.
“The January 25 uprising was planned for several years and the clue was the young people who trained before the revolution,” he continued mentioning the April 6 group who few of his members attended a workshop in Serbia for a week years ago, yet anti-revolutionaries use the trip to suggest the political group received foreign training.
The same association had also filed a case against Egypt’s nude revolutionary blogger Aliya Mahdy in November last year, calling for her arrest and imprisonment for posting a nude picture of herself on her personal blog, which sparked widespread controversy in the country. Read the rest on:
