One is Amana Mouna, who took part in the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Ofir Rachum. Others includeYahye Sinour and Jihad Yagmour, both of whom took part in the kidnapping and murder of IDF soldierNachshon Wachsman.
Mohammed Sharatha, who directed the kidnapping and murders of IDF soldiers Avi Sasportas and Ilan Saadon, is to be freed as well, as are Mohammed Aton, Moussa Akawi, and Majed Abu-Katish, members of a terror cell that kidnapped Border Police Sergeant-Major Nissim Toledano in an attempt to use him as a bargaining chip for terrorist release, but murdered him shortly afterward.
Another kidnapper who stands to be released is Sami Younis, a citizen of Israel who was sentenced to life in jail for the kidnap and murder of IDF soldier Avi Bromberg.
Also said to be on the list are the planners of the 2001 bombing of the Dolphinarium disco in Tel Aviv. The bombing murdered 21 young Israelis, most of them ages 14 to 18.
The family of terror victim Yossi Shok was informed Friday morning that hismurderers will be freed in the deal. Shok, 33, was shot and killed in 2005; he was survived by his wife Sagit and by five children, the oldest age 9. Read the rest on: Arutz7
