The mission was as simple as touching two wires together, the little boy was promised. The resulting blast would obliterate the American infidels – but God would spare him from the flame and shrapnel. Abdul Samat would be unharmed and free to run back to the men who had fitted his bomb vest.

The list of 477 prisoners scheduled to be release include 280 serving a total of 924 life sentences for their involvement in terror attacks in which scores of Israelis were killed.
They include Nasser Yataima who was convicted of plotting the 2002 suicide bomb attack at Netanya's Park Hotel in which 30 civilians were killed and 140 wounded.

The Palestinian Authority, which gets £86million of British aid a year, has authorised payments of almost £5million to the families of ‘martyrs’.
