1. Prepared for All Scenarios - There
 is no question that Israel is closely monitoring the activities across 
its northern borders. It is quite clear that Israel could be drawn into a
 serious confrontation with Hezbollah in the event of some military 
action against Iran.
Even if military action was initiated by a country other than Israel, it
 is certain that Hezbollah would unleash rockets into northern and 
central Israel. No doubt Hamas in Gaza would also feel empowered to take
 similar action from Gaza. Both these scenarios are fully recognized by 
the Israeli government and the Israel Defense Forces [IDF]. The object 
of the Israeli military would be to remove these threats in the north

 was revealed this week that power cables were cut to Iran’s 
controversial underground nuclear enrichment Fordo facility—and the 
source for this information is the head of Iran’s nuclear agency. 
Iranian Press TV reported that Dr.
Fereydoun Abbasi, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, 
made the claims of sabotage in a meeting on Monday [September 16] of the
 International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Abbasi implicated IAEA

Report: UK ships head to Persian Gulf - Britain
 has reportedly ordered several warships to join American destroyers in 
the Persian Gulf, The Telegraph reported Sunday [Sept. 16]. According to
 the British daily, "An armada of US and British naval power is massing 
in the Gulf," as speculations on whether Israel
will mount an independent, preemptive strike on the Islamic Republic's

Israel Defense Force Strikes Gaza Terrorists Planning - The
 Israel Air Force hit a pair of operatives involved in past terror 
activities in Egypt—at least one of whom was planning a new attack—late 
Wednesday [September 19] night in Gaza. According to an announcement on 
the Israel Defense Forces [IDF] website,
one of the terrorists was part of the “Defenders of al-Aqsa” group and 
was “in the final stages of preparing to carry out a terror attack

 Israel Defense Forces (IDF) unit has arrested a Palestinian man who was
 hiding near the fence of a West Bank [Judea and Samaria] settlement on 
Tuesday [September 18]. He was found in possession of a knife and a 
slingshot.
