Financial Pact of 6/29/2012 Will Fundamentally Alter the Lives of all Germans

On June 29th, shortly before the last game of the European Football Championship, a vote on the fiscal pact will take place in the Bundestag (German Federal Assembly) that will pave the way for fiscal union. This fiscal agreement denotes a significant transfer of national sovereignty, since the budget law – one of the cornerstones of democracy – will be transferred to a supranational entity.
With the fiscal agreement, a European federation that is not allowed by our Constitution will be founded, as the Constitutional Court concluded in its Lisbon decision. Only a few know that the fiscal pact contains somewhat of a clause of perpetuity that can be altered only with the agreement of all 27 member states. According to Article 79 of the Constitution, these special decisions would affect fundamental laws the governmental system’s sovereignty, and according to Article 146 of the Constitution, this requires a national referendum.
The conditions of power that would result through this fiscal union would be tantamount to a revolution. From history we know that a revolution, as a rule, is driven from the bottom to the top. However, if a revolution takes place from the top down, as in this case, then this is called a coup d’état, or a putsch.
This putsch is being initiated through the agents of a government (EU), whom hardly anyone knows, that most everyone didn’t want, and who are inaccessible by most everyone. The German representatives, like Stiober, Guttenberg, and Oettinger, for example, were snatched up by the EU before they sank into unemployment and insignificance.
Legally speaking, the EU is a hybrid, a judicial monster that his hardly comprehensible because it is neither a national confederation nor a federal state. Formulated more concretely, it should be denoted as a democratically illegitimate Soviet-style dictatorship because the decisions of the EU are rendered in committees, councils and commissions. The original name was the EC (European Community), that was so handicapped with negative associations, like seas of milk, mountains of butter, subsidy fraud, etc. that the EU arose from the EC. The name sounds greater and better, European Union sounds so much like USA, however the fundamental framework of the EG still stands and will never be abolished, only a name-change was the result.
On 6/29/2012, something similar to the EFSF (European Financial Stability Facility) decision in the Valley of the Clueless – the German Federal Assembly – will be voted on by the majority of political actors for the fiscal agreement (that they most likely have not read at all). The situation is very much like finding thumbtacks on all the seats in the Bundestag (even the visitors’ seats). The visitors push the thumbtacks away from the seat and take their place, while the party representative at the same time make note of the thumbtacks but say to themselves: “Our party leaders certainly intended something with them!”, and then sit down.
The “thumbtack sitters,” as agents of Europe’s ruling individuals, contribute to the fact that the cart is being pulled further into the mud with a determination and doggedness bordering on insanity.
The former chief economist of the Bundesbank and the ECB (European Central Bank), Otmar Issing, called the fiscal agreement inflationary and undemocratic at a meeting of the “Börsenzeitung”. The pact would not serve Europe’s purposes but, in contrast, would conjure up the worst crisis in Europe since the Second World War.
The situation is comparable to the sinking of the Titanic, which was keeled over for a good two and one half hours but sank in only 10 minutes.

Muslim Beheads 20 year-old Daughter in the name of Honor

Another in a long line of random honor killings that have nothing to do with Islam.

A father in northwestern India remained unrepentant Tuesday after beheading his daughter with a ceremonial sword in a rage over her relationships with men, police said.
The father surrendered at a police station, carrying the head in one hand and the bloodied sword in the other, police said.
Residents of Dungarji village expressed shock as they performed the last rites for the 20-year-old woman.
Police said the father, marble miner Oghad Singh, accused his daughter of bringing dishonor to the family and making it hard to find husbands for her two unmarried sisters.
Women wailing in grief lined the dusty road of the village in Rajasthan state as a procession carried Manju Kanwar’s remains to her funeral pyre. As in many north and west Indian villages, the women, including her mother and four sisters, were not allowed to attend the funeral.

Do you suppose this barbarian shouted, ‘Allahu Akhbar’ as he cut his daughter’s head off?
Odds are good, though you’d never know it by reading the article, which didn’t mention the words, “Islam” or “Muslim” once. On the contrary, had the man belonged to any religion other than Islam, it probably would have been noted.
