Shalom, I shall be 'silent' for a short while. I’m confused. Until I understand how to go further.

We (me and my family) have a very difficult time now. Yesterday afternoon, in my contact with the company where I can start the network 'The Watchmen from Israel' came clear that I can do it without commercials or to put the one's that I like. So I started to prepare myself to build. But a few hours later my wife phoned me, when I was on the 'special' Ephraim group in Jerusalem, with a lot of tears. She told me, the high court rejected our appeal for receiving the peace of ground what my father in law bought (Leasing) in 1986.

The ILA (Israel Land Administration) started to attack us in 2000. (Already before, but now they started a trial) That we (me my wife and our two children) have to leave our house or that they start a procedure to throw us out by court.

The last 12 years in court and our contact with the Lawyers was ‘horrible’! Our Lawyers where fighting with us to ‘convince’ us that we have to leave. The way how was really abusing. There was not one Lawyer who was honest! Even a ‘Christian’ one….. .   

While my father in law bought two houses (one big and one small where we live in) separated he has a ‘leasing contract’ for an amount of square meter ground. He spends almost all the money, where he worked for, more than 30 years.

9 years we were ‘busy’ in the Low court with long breaks between the meetings with the judge. We bagged our Lawyers to talk about the contract from 86. They always rejected that. On the end we must write a letter with our ‘wishes’, the ILA and us. Our Lawyer rejected completely the letter that we wrote.  

But we could force him to write it. It was black and white ‘proven’ that they had no right to force us to leave the area. But the judge judged all the things that we brought in was not relevant. We need to leave our house.

We went alone to the middle court, because there don’t exist a Lawyer who comes up for our rights!

Except One!

Here it went very fast, one meeting.  Long talking…. . The judgment was we have to leave. While the parents from my wife live here from 1948….. . The mother escaped Poland under the Nazis. The Jewish Agency brought her to this place for to live…. . 70% of the ILA is the Jewish Agency…. . I ask them for help but their answer was terrible and no!

So we went to the High Court alone without a lawyer. But now we gave the judge the recite of the house on where it is written the payment for the whole house including connection for electricity and water. And in the contract was it is written the amount of ground. And that is included our house even more.

The ILA claimed always many meters sit in the two floors of the house, rooftop and the verandas. That is wrong but even with that our house is included in the ground.

We asked, that we like to have the missing ground where my father in law paid for….. .  

It is rejected….. .

In the low court the ILA claimed that we are invaders and have to be judged. But who are here the real invaders…. .?

Please I ask for wisdom. I don’t give up. But we cannot buy an apartment. My wife has a good job. But that is not enough. I need a good income. But already, a long time without work.  Sind’s my tumor 8 years back. I’m healed but still without work.

Maybe with, the network commercials from ‘good’ people. And to sell also something but I don’t know what. Or I find a job but then there comes no network.

Please can you pray for us? That we still find a way to lift up Yeshuah Rabbeinu our Messiah?
