A 26-year old man from Quarkenbruck had to answer for the rape of an 11-year old child
His parents, originally from greece were charged as accessories to the crime
They wanted to marry their son off to the girl

This case goes all the way back to october 2006
Both of the accused parents wanted to marry their son
and contacted an 11-year old child who was related to the family in different ways
The child then came over to the family
And the mother encouraged her son to have sex with the 11-year old child.
The first two nights, the accused son refused to have sex with the 11-year old
But as his mother encouraged him third time, he did have sex with the 11-year old child
It was against her will and he became violent towards the girl aswell
All 3 of the accused admitted to the charges
The court gave Takim M. and his mother a suspended sentence of two years in prison
The father was given a suspended sentence of 1 year and 8 months
