A comment from one member of the Yeshiva:
I can't say enough about your teaching. I find myself
thinking all day about what is being said.   Your approach
is like I have not seen before. I find them very informative and inspiring. Shalom and Blessings

You have two possibilities to study: Complete training with graduation or Personal enrichment.

The Complete training will allow those who want to teach Torah to be part of our network of Torah teachers, who desire to start a Yeshiva in their home or at their kehila. Sukkat David will offer help to those who want to initiate Torah study groups.

Take the opportunity to study Torah starting with the highly prophetic Book of Genesis. Torah is the key for the end times; everything has been written in it. We just need to dive into it and receive tremendous revelations on Yeshua and His plan for our lives.

From the beginning of the messianic calling of the first Patriarch, the Torah teaches us that faith is the key to salvation. Grace also has been present since the beginning.

The foundations are laid from the first Book of the Bible, to help us understand the perfect plan of salvation that G-d has for mankind. If one doesn't study the foundations of this plan a great part of the Revelation is lost, notably, the Revelation of Messiah Yeshua.

Receiving Him in our heart as Savior and Master is one thing, one first necessary step for our salvation, but our path doesn't stop there. After Pesach (salvation by grace), we must head to the Festival celebrated in honor of HaShem, "three days walk" after the reception of the Torah: Shavuot. Avraham saw the L-rd, and the story of his life and of his descendents reveals His Presence, even from the beginning.

The same way we have received the Savior in our hearts,  it is now about receiving His Torah engraved in our hearts, even as proclaimed by the prophets in Jeremiah 31:31.  True new birth takes place by the action of the Ruach HaKodesh, who circumcises our hearts to be able to walk according to the criteria of holiness of Elohim.

But in order to be able to walk in these commandements, under Yeshua's yoke, we need to know the Word. When did G-d speak, before the eyes and to the ears of all, with the sound of thunder, setting ablaze an entire mountain? The answer is obvious: the Creator of the universe came to reveal His heart at Mount Sinai, a place that didn't belong to anyone,  and that was open freely to all those who wanted to drink the waters of life.

Yeshua manifested Himself on that day at Mount Sinai, but only Moshe could see Him. Moshe's skin shone so intensely that he covered it with a veil. He shone from the initial Light of Creation: the Light of Messiah. He is the PURPOSE of the Torah; He fills us with His love and calls us to follow Him, to prepare a heavenly Bride.

He left us these words: John 5:45-47 But don't think that it is I who will be your accuser before the Father. Do you know who will accuse you? Moshe, the very one you have counted on! For if you really believed Moshe, you would believe me; because it was about me that he wrote. But if you don't believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?

Indeed, if we don't believe the Torah of Moshe, how will we believe the words of Yeshua? They are the same, only revealed to our  understanding, because the veil was lifted.

By studying the Torah, our intimate knowledge and revelation of Yeshua grows.

Don't stay at the stage of Pesach and salvation by grace; move on to the stage of priesthood! He is preparing the Kingdom of priests for the Glory of G-d the Father!

Kedem' herbs are 100% natural and kosher, non tested on animals
The use of medicinal herbs of the Judaea Desert is an ancient tradition, which was well known throughout the Roman Empire and elsewhere, notably.
In the Roman Empire, the Land of Israel was a source of various medicinal and cosmetic balms. Notably, there are a particularly large number of
medicinal plants in the Land of Israel, due to its geographical location in a junction of three continents, and due to a harsh desert climate in various regions, which requires plants to possess a large arsenal of compounds for self-protection and preservation. The scarcity of rain improves the quality of oil obtained from plants growing in the region.
Herbs Of Kedem was established in 1996 and focuses on 100% natural therapy products, using natural herbs, primarily from the Judaea Desert.
When you purchase Kedem products, you get an excellent quality product and you support Israel's economy!

Our last book has now been translated into English and Dutch now!   It is a strong prophetic message that sheds light on the rise of Islam and the solution HaShem has planned to fight it.

We are at the dawn of the 21st century, 2,000 years after the coming of our Master Yeshua and the world is on the road to ruin. While the Church should be strong after these centuries of practice, we witness the rise of a conquering religion, entering with power in all the civilized Christian countries to subjugate and submit men and women to an iron yoke. What are the reasons for this spiritual war and why does G-d allow Islam to conquer the Western world? What are the secret agreements concluded by our governments to give access to mass immigration for Muslims in Europe and in the United States? We will try to answer these questions in part, in this study based on the sacred texts of the Word of G-d and certain Jewish sources. English e-book 12 USD  Buy Now

Shabbat gadol
Shabbat shalom!

"If you hold back your foot on Shabbat from pursuing your own interests on my holy day; if you call Shabbat a delight, ADONAI' s holy day, worth honoring; then honor it by not doing your usual things or pursuing your interests or speaking about them. Isaiah 58:14 If you do, you will find delight in ADONAI-- I will make you ride on the heights of the land and feed you with the heritage of your ancestor Yaakov, for the mouth of ADONAI has spoken." Isaiah 58:13-14
Pessa'h
Meaning and celebration of the Feast of Pesach
פסח
The Feast of deliverance to become holy priests!
Purchase our Messianic Passover Haggadah

Pesach פסח, means, "To pass". This is the day G-d passed over the houses of the sons of Israel because of the blood of the lamb.
The blood will serve you as a sign marking the houses where you are; when I see the blood, I will pass over, pasachti  פָסַחְתִּי you-- when I strike the land of Egypt, the death blow will not strike you. Exodus 12:13

Pesach is made of three Feasts:
The sacrifice of the lamb, on the 14th of the month of Nisan Exodus 12:1-27
The Feast of the matzot, on the 15th of Nisan, lasting for 7 days Exodus 12:15

The offering of the Omer, the sheaf of barley and the counting of the seven weeks until the receiving of the Torah, the Feast of Shavuot Leviticus 23:10-16

Pesach is the deliverance from Egypt and the start of the process of sanctification to receive the Torah which is engraved on the stone Tables and then engraved on the flesh Tables of our hearts.

It is a new beginning, a vital one which leads us to holiness and spiritual maturity.

Context:
THE GATHERING OF ALL THE PEOPLE TO JERUSALEM:
Pesach was the only Feast that required the presence of all the people to Jerusalem because everybody was to partake of the lamb.

A NEW CALENDAR:
You are to begin your calendar with this month; it will be the first month of the year for you. Exodus 12:2

The month of Nisan became the first month of the birth of a people, the people of Israel. Israel entered History on the first of Nisan through its deliverance. The month of Nisan is considered as the first month of freedom!

From this day forward, Israel will no longer align itself with the timing of the nations (solar cycle), but will depend on the lunar cycle which will become its symbol: In its history, Israel will either be in shadow or at its apogee as the star of the night.

As the celebration of the renewal of the month, each month, Israel is submitted to a constant renewal, its lunar cycle differing from the solar one. The nations which joined the House of Israel are also under this spiritual principle of Havdala, SEPARATION.

THE FIRST OF NISSAN:
The dedication of the Mishkan in the desert occurred on the first of Nisan:
On the first day of the first month of the second year, the tabernacle was set up.  Exodus 40:17

That day was also an eighth day; the eighth day followed the seven days of consecration of Aaron and his sons and according to Jewish tradition, that day was a Sunday.

THE TRIBE ASSOCIATED TO THE MONTH OF NISAN:
It is Judah, the fist of the Tribe of Israel. The Tribe of the King, and also the New Year for the counting of the king's reign and the Feasts (Mishnah Rosh HaShana 1:1).

SHABBAT GADOL:
The Shabbat preceding Pesach is called, Shabbat Hagadol.
At the time of the coming out of Egypt, the 10th of Nisan was the day when every family had to take a lamb and tie it to its bed until the sacrifice on the 14th of Nisan. That year, the 10th of Nisan fell on Shabbat and since then we celebrate the Shabbat before Pesach as the Great Shabbat.

PESACH TORAH PORTION:
We read the portion called Acharei mot, after the death (of Aaron's sons), Leviticus 17-19.
It talks of YOM KIPPUR, the Day of Atonement when all the sins of the people are forgiven.
From this we discern many hints concerning the Messiah:
The month of Nisan bears an anointing of spiritual renewing!
This is the month of deliverance and springtime!
A dedication of the Mishkan and of the Cohen Gadol...!
It is the month of the Tribe of Judah!
Yom Kippur, forgiveness is granted!

The picture of the redeeming plan of the Lamb unveils before us:
He accomplished everything 2000 years ago on the 14th of Nisan!
His blood was shed and set upon the doorposts of our hearts!
He is the Kohen Gadol, Who officiated once for all and made kappara (expiation) for our sins giving us access to the Kodesh Hakodashim (Holy of Holies), His heart through the veil which was torn in His flesh!
He is the King of Judah, Who will come back as the King of kings and L-rd of lords!
One of the elders said to me, "Don't cry. Look, the Lion of the Tribe of Y'hudah, the Root of David, has won the right to open the scroll and its seven seals. Revelation 5:5

THE SEDER:  (See our Messianic Passover Haggadah for a full description of the Seder.)
The Seder of Pesach unfolds in fifteen steps, which speak of the steps of deliverance and the process of sanctification.

We drink four cups of wine which corresponds to the steps of deliverance mentioned in the following verses from Exodus:
Exodus 6:6:  I will free you from the forced labor of the Egyptians, rescue you from their oppression, and Exodus 6:7: I will take you as my people, and I will be your God. Therefore, say to the people of Isra'el: 'I am ADONAI
1. I will free you from the forced labor of the Egyptians, and
2. Rescue you from their oppression and
3.Redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great  judgments and
4. I will take you as my people, and I will be your God, Then you will know that I am ADONAI your God, who freed you from the forced labor of the Egyptians.

The four cups symbolize four different events:
The four empires that will enslave Israel: Babylon, Persian Empire, Greeks and Romans.
The cups of anger G-d will spill on the enemies of Israel in its time.

The deliverance occurred in four steps:
The Covenant with Avraham and the physical birth of the Jewish people and its calling.
The second deliverance with the coming out of Egypt.
The third one with giving of the Torah and also with the many deliverances G-d gave His people in history.
At the end, the final deliverance and salvation, that of the Geula, Redemption, which will be given by the Messiah.

The red wine symbolizes:
The blood of circumcision and the blood of the lamb.
The blood of all the Jewish, Israelites and Gentile martyrs.

THE OMER:
Right after the second day of Pesach, on the 16th of Nisan, or on the next Shabbat according to the sources, the Bible commands us to count seven weeks:
"'From the day after the day of rest-- that is, from the day you bring the sheaf (barley) for waving-- you are to count seven full weeks, until the day after the seventh week; you are to count fifty days; and then you are to present a new grain offering (wheat) to ADONAI.- Leviticus 23:15-16

The sheaf was made of barley and the next offering (after the counting of the seven weeks) was of wheat: A SYMBOL OF EVOLUTION AND SPIRITUAL MATURITY!

The day the sheaf was waved was on the first day of the week, Sunday, the day our Resurrected Savior was seen!

At the end of this counting started the Feast of Shavuot, Pentecost!

The Feast of Pesach, the necessary deliverance. Salvation was granted after a seven-week process of sanctification to receive the Torah on Mount Sinai! It was this Feast that Moshe referred to when speaking to Pharaoh:
They said, "The God of the Hebrews has met with us. Please let us go three days' journey into the desert, so that we can sacrifice to ADONAI our God. Otherwise, he may strike us with a plague or with the sword. Exodus 5:3

Pesach, the Feast which sets us free:
TO SERVE THE L-RD!

He is the Lamb that delivers us from the grasp of the devil and allows us to enter into the kingdom of light by anointing us as Cohanim for the glory of the Father:
To Him, the One who loves us, who has freed us from our sins at the cost of His blood, who has caused us to be a kingdom, that is, cohanim for God, his Father-to him be the glory and the rulership forever and ever. Amen. Revelation1:5-6

BE HIS WITNESSES!
Sh'ma, Yisra'el! ADONAI Eloheinu, ADONAI echad
{Hear, Isra'el! ADONAI our God, ADONAI is one} Deuteronomy 6:4
שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל  יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ יְהוָה אֶחָד
The two enhanced letters in the original text shape the word EDעד, which means: witness!
With great power the emissaries continued testifying to the resurrection of the Lord Yeshua, and they were all held in high regard.  Acts 4:33

To be His witnesses in the earth and for the whole world to be filled with the knowledge of G-d. His reign endures forever! Amen!

Torah Weekly Portion: Acharei mot
Parashat Acharei mot tells us of the most sacred day in the Jewish calendar: Yom Kippur

All those themes are developped in depth in the studies of our Distance Messianic Yeshiva. Next session: MAY 2011
Copying not permitted without authorization.  All rights reserved

We invite you to read an excerpt of our study on Yom Kippur and the doctrine of Babylon. A challenge for the Christian doctrine usually taught!

"...We are living in the times when the sheep will be separated from the goats, on the criteria of the love for G-d's people and for the integrity of His Word:Matthew 25:32-33 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
Goats are the image of the false Babylonian doctrine which is preached that says the Church has replaced Israel; that the NT has replaced the OT and that His Torah is abolished, which robs the honor given to the Only G-d.

The founder of Babylon was Nimrod: Genesis 10:8-9 Cush begot Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord; therefore it is said, "Like Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord."

Q: What does "mighty hunter" mean?

Rashi tells us that Nimrod was a manipulator who seduced men with his words, he captured souls. He hunted animals, but foremost, he was a "hunter of souls."
He was brutal and reigned by fear and control. His name comes from a root meaning "rebellion." The Midrash says he stole Adam's clothes of skin. These clothes were very special; they had the peculiarity to attract the animals to which Adam had given names. They also represented rebellion against G-d and Nimrod particularly cherished them. He used them to be worshipped.

Nimrod is also assimilated to king Ninus who fought the kings of orient.

He had established a very powerful religious system that enslaved men by controlling them in different ways:
He established the Trinitarian cult based on the worship of Astarte.
He required the celibacy of the priests.
He instituted a system of confessional to control what was happening within the population.
He decided to arise against G-d and built the Tower of Babel to make himself a "name" to usurp G-d's Name.

The Midrash says that Nimrod also opposed Avraham, when he started confessing the only G-d, before being given the commandment to go out of Chaldea. Nimrod had Avraham thrown into a furnace, from which he came out unhurt.

We find him again in the character of Amraphel, one of the kings who came to fight the king of Sodom. By capturing Lot, Abraham's nephew, he was actually aiming at Avraham.

Babylon is the dwelling place of demons mentioned in the Word:Revelation 18:2  And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison  for every foul spirit, and a cage  for every unclean and hated bird!
The word "dwelling place " means:
prison, watch, imprisonment, hold (AV)
1c) of the place where captives are kept, a prison
It is mentioned twice to confirm according to the prescription of the Torah that souls are trapped in a spiritual cage:
Deuteronomy 19:15 One witness shall not rise against a man concerning any iniquity or any sin that he commits; by the mouth of two or three witnesses the matter shall be established.
The souls are captured in the doctrine of Babylon!

Babylon was the city of confusion. Nimrod's father was Cush, assimilated to Bel (the confused) : Jeremiah 50:2 Declare among the nations, Proclaim, and set up a standard; Proclaim-do not conceal it- Say, 'Babylon is taken, Bel is shamed. Merodach is broken in pieces; Her idols are humiliated, Her images are broken in pieces.'
Jeremiah 51:44 I will punish Bel in Babylon, And I will bring out of his mouth what he has swallowed; And the nations shall not stream to him anymore. Yes, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

The doctrine of Bel, Babylon, brings a lot of confusion and it is difficult to come out of, because it is a spiritual cage. Truth is here, so close, but the spirit of confusion brings doubts and struggle. It is the struggle of the end times!
Those who are still in this Babylonian thinking are spiritual prisoners. They are captives of a system of prostitution and corruption of the Word. No matter the price, G-d asks us to come out of this fortress, lest we be punished with them:
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.
Revelation 22:18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book...

Q: How do we discern the doctrine of Babylon?..."

For if you really believed Moshe, you would believe me; because it was about me that he wrote. But if you don't believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?" John 5:46-47
