Ahmadinejad warns over UNSC silence over Britain violence

TEHRAN (ISNA)-Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned over the UN Security Council silence over recent violence in Britain.

"We are concerned that a social explosion occurs in the West and no one would be able to control it," he said after the cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
"These brutal treatment with people cannot be accepted," he added.
Ahmadinejad then turned to the West economic downturn and said, "the economic turmoil is due to weak management and looting. The crisis is because of policies of managers and capitalists. They (western officials) began the crisis and created deficiency. They refuse to settle the deficiency through their own wealth and press people instead."
768 people were arrested and 111 police forces have been wounded in Britain since the unrests in the European country.
The clashed came following killing of black 29-year Mark Duggan by London Police.
