Abbas Wants Lebanese Flag Flying over Jerusalem


Abbas ties the knot with Lebanon, raising the Palestinian Authority flag on its embassy. Hizbullah lauds terrorist attacks on Israel.

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has tied the knot with Lebanon, raising the Palestinian Authority flag on its new embassy there and looking forward to the day when the Lebanese flag will fly over Jerusalem.
"In these days it delights us as Palestinians to see the Palestinian flag flying in the heart of Lebanon, in the heart of the Lebanese people, and in the heart of every Lebanese who loves Palestine," the Lebanese website Naharnet.com quoted Abbas as saying.
Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Miqati unveiled a plaque at the entrance to the embassy as Abbas added that he hoped "to see the day when the Lebanese flag will be hoisted in Jerusalem."
Since the ceremony was held last week, Hizbullah, which dominates the Lebanese government through its alliance with pro-Syrian parties, has praised the Al Qaeda-linked terrorist attacks north of Eilat on Thursday. Read the rest on: Arutz7
