Pesach in Hebron
Over 50,000 people visited Hebron this Passover. On Wednesday and Thursday all of Ma'arat HaMachpela was open to visitors and worshippers.
On Thursday, long lines formed outside Machpela with many people waiting to enter the holy site. The semi-annual music festival attracted thousands of men and women, who enjoyed performances by top Israeli musicians. Also in attendence was Minister of Transportation Yisrael Katz, who warmly praised Hebron's Jewish community and stressed the eternity of Hebron and its everlasting bond with the Jewish people.
The events were a great success and again prove the Jewish people's tremendous love of Ma'arat HaMachpela and Hebron. 
The Hebron Jewish Community expresses thanks to all who participated in the Passover events and special gratitude to those who made them possible.
