The man accused of trying to kill Israeli teenager, Ami Ortiz, with a bomb may not have to stand trial.
A three judge panel will decide if the suspect is mentally fit for the court case that's attracted world wide attention.
As Jack Teitel entered the courtroom, he claimed Israel's legal system had no authority over him.
"This house of prostitution has no legitimacy," he said.
Teitel is accused of planting a bomb at the home of Ortiz and his family. The blast nearly killed the teenager.
